Employment Law Posters

Some laws require that notices be provided to employees and/or posted in the workplace. You can find those on posters in your local office, and by checking out the posters here.

Important W-2 Information

  • In accordance with Federal laws, your W-2 form will be mailed on or before Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2024.
  • Your W-2 will be mailed to the address currently in our files. Please check with us to ensure your address is listed correctly.
  • Your W-2 will be mailed from our international headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK, and will not be available at your local office.
  • Upon receiving your W-2, check the form to see that your Social Security Number is correct. If not, contact your Specialized Recruiting Group representative for assistance.
  • Should there be any questions regarding your earnings or withholding amounts, contact your SRG representative.
  • If you have not received your W-2 by Feb 5, 2024, complete and submit the W-2 Duplicate Request Form or call (800) 222-4057 to have one mailed. You can reach us Monday
    through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
  • All wages earned through Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023, will be reported to the IRS as 2023 wages and will be shown on your 2023 W-2 form.

The ICHRA allows you to purchase an individual ACA-qualified Major Medical plan from a State or Federal Marketplace and be reimbursed a portion of the self-only premium based on the lowest-cost Silver Plan available in each zip code and the rate of pay that is set by the ACA-Affordability Safe Harbor guidance.

Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan:

Covers the most common, day-to-day medical needs at an affordable price with no deductible or copays. This plan pays a flat amount for each covered service and, if the covered service costs less than what the plan pays, you keep the difference.
