SRG offers an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), through Essential StaffCARE, to eligible Contractors*. The ICHRA allows you to purchase an individual ACA-qualified Major Medical plan from a State or Federal Marketplace and be reimbursed a portion of the self-only premium based on the lowest-cost Silver Plan available in each zip code and the rate of pay that is set by the ACA-Affordability Safe Harbor guidance.
Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan:
Covers the most common, day-to-day medical needs at an affordable price with no deductible or copays. This plan pays a flat amount for each covered service and, if the covered service costs less than what the plan pays, you keep the difference.
