Employment application and interview:

Your initial interview may take place over the phone or through a virtual meeting. During this time, you’ll let them know what type of work you are interested in pursuing. Additional interviews can also occur with our client companies later in the process.

Skills and experience profile:

Your Specialized Recruiting Group team will learn more about your education, certifications, and work experience to use in matching you with available roles and representing you to client companies. We’ll also check your references and ensure all your hiring information is current.

Screening:

Depending on the job you’re interested in, additional employment screening may be conducted for the role.

Information review:

The Specialized Recruiting Group team will recap your information and current opportunities.

Orientation:

If applying for contract work, you’ll be offered the opportunity to accept a role as a contract employee with Specialized Recruiting Group. This step will include the completion of your employment documents and our orientation process.

Confirmation of Role:

When you match with the right job opportunity, we’ll make sure you have all the information for success. If the role is a full-time job at one of our client companies, you’ll go to work directly on their team, and won’t work within the Specialized Recruiting Group.
